Our remote support is available to residential and business clients. We can solve most software issues quickly and no need for specific on site appointments. This service does require a working internet connection.

We offer IT Support for small to medium organizations with many users. Most of our calls are resolved using remote support software, negating the need for an engineer to call on-site therefore reducing response times and costs.

The wireless and wired  networks are a convenient and useful technology that many devices use. We can assist with connecting, troubleshooting and securing a wired or wireless connection in your home or office.

Email and Email Troubleshooting 

We can set up and troubleshoot your email accounts on any computer, smartphone or tablet. We can also setup calendars,  back up your emails, calendars and contacts/address books.

New business laptops supplied and setup from all manufacturers. Immaculate condition Demo laptops with a minimum of one year warranty available on request. Existing equipment upgrades and repairs done.     

Collection and Delivery Service

Our collection and delivery service allows collection of your Desktop or Laptop Pc, make the necessary hardware and or software repairs and return the item to you the following day. This service depends on the repairs required.
